Attacked by Four Men in Early June Charged with Disorderly Conduct for Yelling

N.Y. — Paul
E. LaDuke, 34, of 1057 Arsenal St., was charged by Watertown police on
Friday on Public Square with disorderly conduct.
He is accused of yelling racial slurs at about 12:20 a.m. June 8 in the 600
block of Boyd Street, according to court documents.
He was beaten by four men and robbed of $150 during the same incident.
Mr. LaDuke is summoned to appear July 17 in City Court.

N.Y. — Four
men are accused of knocking down a man, punching and kicking him while stealing
$150 at about 11:58 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Boyd Street, according to
the Watertown Police Department.
Tori K. Vick, 24, of 138 E. Main St., Apt. 4, Terrell A. Sweet,
22, of 1815 Olmsted Dr., Apt. 203A, William M. Payne, 26, of 617 Boyd
St., all of Watertown, and Ben D. Combs, 22, of 709 Phalen Dr., Apt. B,
Copenhagen, are each charged with felony counts of second-degree assault and
They are being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending
arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
Paul E. LaDuke, the co-owner of Audio Arsenal, 1057 Arsenal St., suffered a
bloody nose, a bump to his forehead, an abrasion to his forehead and several
cuts to his mouth, police said.
He was taken by Guilfoyle Ambulance to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment.
