Police Blotter Report:

Sydnie R. Johnson
, 22, of 215 Winslow St., Watertown, was charged by state police at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday at E. Main and Grove streets in Watertown with driving while intoxicated, driving on a sidewalk, improper right turn and driving without a license. Her blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, troopers said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. She is summoned to appear in City Court. 

Leon E. Petrie
, 49, Adams, was charged by state police at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree counts of criminal contempt and harassment following a domestic incident in which he allegedly threatened to kick a woman in her head and shoot her dog. 

Demearle R. Gulledge
, 35, of 644 Huntington St., Watertown, was charged Tuesday night with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. Deputies allege Mr. Gulledge was observed by a witness slashing two rear tires on a 2001 Toyota Camry causing $285 in damage at about 9:45 a.m. June 1 at 24949 Eastern Blvd., town of Pamelia. He was arraigned before Pamelia Town Justin Robert H. Austin and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $5,000 cash.

Marielle E. Rombough
, 19, of 6763 Number Four Rd., Lowville, and Ashley L. Wicks, 17, of 9198 Cut Off Road, Castorland, were each charged Monday evening by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies with petit larceny. They are accused of stealing items from Super Walmart, Route 3, town of Watertown, at about 8 p.m. Monday, deputies said. They are summoned to appear June 21 in town of Watertown Court.

Trevor D. Carpenter, 21, of 29545 N. Martin Rd., Evans Mills, was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a probation warrant issued May 3 in Lonoke County, Arkansas. He was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building to await extradition proceedings in County Court.

Amber J. Kidney, 16, of 17120 County Route 53, Dexter, was cited by state police at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21 following an incident at General Brown High School.
