Police Blotter Report:
Gheorhe Banduc Jr., 31, of 8525-B Spraight Loop,
Fort Drum, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's
deputies at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on Route 283 in the town of
Pamelia with driving while intoxicated, speeding 89 mph in
a 55-mph zone, unlawful use of a siren or gong and
unauthorized lights of an improper color. His blood
alcohol content was 0.09 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is
considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is
summoned to appear Dec. 6 in Pamelia Town Court.
Martin D. White, 51, of 683 Bronson St., Watertown,
was charged by Watertown police at 1:52 a.m. Saturday in
the 100 block of Armstrong Place with driving while
intoxicated and failure to signal a turn. His BAC was 0.08
percent, police said. He is
summoned to appear Nov. 26 in City Court.
Thomas L. Clinch, 47, of 23953 Route 12, Watertown,
was charged by Watertown police at 7:51 p.m. Saturday in
the 100 block of High Street with DWI, failure to comply,
unreasonable speed, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle,
failure to keep right and improper plates. His BAC was
0.15 percent, police said. He is summoned to appear Nov.
27 in City Court.
Eddierick F. Clark, 34, of 17973 First St., Apt.
20, Adams Center, was charged by Watertown police at 12:46
a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Mill Street with
aggravated DWI and a headlight violation. His BAC was 0.18
percent, police said. Aggravated DWI, which carries
harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC
is 0.18 percent or greater. He is summoned to appear Nov.
19 in City Court.
Haley M. Dejesus, 18, of 123 S. Rutland St., upper
apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:37
a.m., Saturday at 123 S. Rutland St. with third-degree
criminal mischief, a felony, and second-degree harassment.
She is accused of hitting a vehicle belonging to Anthony
Dejesus several times with a snow shovel causing damage in
excess of $250, police said. She is also accused of
intention striking Mr. Dejesus with a closed fist several
times causing scratches to his arms, face and neck at
about 2:24 a.m. Saturday, police said.
Jonathan P. Simpson, 22, of 145 Winthrop St., Apt.
4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:02
a.m. Friday at 146 Winthrop St. with third-degree criminal
mischief. It is alleged Mr. Simpson caused $800 in damage
to a couch and love seat by cutting and tearing the
cushions, and throwing liquid body soap over clothing and
several shoes belonging to Marie D. Simpson during a
domestic dispute at about 10:29 a.m. Friday, police
said.
Armando F. Cruz, 20, 206 Franklin St., Apt. 206,
was cited by Watertown police at 11:49 p.m. Friday in the
200 block of Arsenal Street with third-degree aggravated
unlicensed operation and an exhaust violation. He was
released to military custody and summoned to appear Nov.
27 in City Court.
Dewevion M. Dunson, 20, of 25374 Virginia Smith
Dr., Apt. 212, Calcium, was cited by Watertown police at
2:51 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Coffeen Street with
third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and excessive
window tint. He was released to military custody and
summoned to appear Dec. 4 in City Court.
Kile J. Metott, 22, of 10974 Florence Hill Rd.,
Camden, was cited by Watertown police at 12:20 a.m.
Saturday in the 200 block of Paddock Street with
third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.
He is summoned to appear Nov. 30 in City Court.
Cortney L. Tanner, 19, of 1144 Gill St., Watertown,
was cited by Watertown police at 3:40 a.m. Saturday in the
500 block of W. Main Street with unlawful possession of
marijuana. Police said a small quantity of marijuana was
located under the front passenger search of the vehicle
she was operating during a traffic stop. A passenger, Travon
T. Felton, 17, of 137 N. Orchard St. Apt. A,
Watertown, was cited with unlawful possession of marijuana
and excessive window tint. They are both summoned to
appear Nov. 20 in City Court.
