Police Blotter Report:
Alexa M. Anthony, 24, of 301 N. Hamilton St.,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:51 a.m.
Sunday in the 200 block of Arsenal Street with driving
while intoxicated, operating a vehicle on a suspended
registration, and a headlight violation. Her blood alcohol
content was 0.15 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08
percent or more is considered proof on intoxication under
state law. She is summoned to appear Dec. 3 in City
Court.
Ralph F. Hamlin Jr., 34, of 352 Winslow St.,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:19 p.m.
Saturday at his residence with third-degree menacing. It
is alleged he made statements threatening to use a handgun
during a domestic dispute with Anne E. Ellsworth, same
address, at about 10:45 p.m. Saturday in their apartment,
police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson
Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning
in City Court.
Jason W. Meeker, 35, of 411 S. Mechanic St., Apt.
14-1, Carthage, was charged by Watertown police at 3:24
a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Franklin Street with
disorderly conduct. He was arrested after allegedly
continued to yell and refused to leave the area, police
said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public
Safety Building on $100 police bail pending arraignment
Sunday morning in City Court.
Ruth E. Hoose, 21, of 43011 Route 3, Natural
Bridge, and Billiejo Lynnn Abramo, 33, of 600 S.
Washington St., Carthage, were charged Saturday afternoon
with petit larceny, according to the Watertown Police
Department. Ms. Abramo is accused of acting as a lookout
and blocking a view while Ms. Hoose stole a 7-inch Proscan
internet tablet from Kinney Drugs, 1304 Washington St., at
about 9:20 a.m. Nov. 15 by removing it from a box,
concealing it on her person and exiting the store without
attempting to pay, police said. Both women are summoned to
appear Nov. 28 in City Court.
Kyle D. Hoose, 24, of 112 S. Orchard St.,
Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:18 a.m.
Sunday in the 1700 block of Ohio Street with third-degree
aggravated unlicensed operation. He is summoned to appear
Dec. 4 in City Court.
Shammel Williams, 29, of 720 Gilbert St.,
Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 12:30 a.m.
Sunday in the 100 block of N. Massey Street with
second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no
inspection and a headlight violation. He was released to
military custody and summoned to appear Nov. 28 in City
Court.
