Police Blotter Report:
Jeffrey S. Stonge, 25, of 130 Highland Ave.,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:53 p.m.
Sunday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with
second-degree rape, a felony, and endangering the welfare
of a child. He is accused of picking up a 13-year-old girl
from her school during school hours on Nov. 14 and
transported her to his home where he engaged in sexual
intercourse with her, police said. He was arraigned Sunday
morning before part-time City Judge Catherine J. Palermo
who sent him to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building
with bail set at $1,000 cash.
Norman W. Bachtler Jr., 47, of 1030 Arsenal St.,
Apt. 311, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at
10:28 p.m. Sunday at his residence with third-degree
criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and
second-degree menacing. It is alleged he displayed a
10-inch butcher's knife in the presence of Patricia A.
Shea, placed it on a night stand next to her and stated
"kill me or I will kill you," during a domestic
incident at about 9:55 p.m. Sunday, according to court
documents. He is not allowed to possess a weapon due to
two previous felony convictions in New Jersey, police
said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public
Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in City
Court.
Bryan S. Allen, 24, of 234 Coffeen St., Apt. 1B,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:08 p.m.
Sunday at his residence with disorderly conduct and
second-degree obstruction of government administration.
Mr. Allen allegedly continued to yell at a female during a
domestic incident in his home and blocked the doorway when
police arrived to check on the welfare of a woman after
receiving a report of a physical assault, police
said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson
Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending
arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
Delia S. McGilvary, 29, of 1429 Gill St., Apt.
424A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:24
p.m. Sunday at her residence with fourth-degree criminal
possession of a weapon. She is accused of possessing a 9
mm pistol without a permit, police said. She was being
held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500
police bail pending arraignment Monday morning in City
Court.
Kerianne E. Castillo, 24, of 435 S. Hycliff Dr.,
Apt. 604D, Watertown, was arrested on a bench warrant at
12:13 a.m. Sunday, according to Watertown police. She was
being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building
pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
Scarlett R. Vollmering, 18, 9334-C Livingston Way,
Fort Drum, was charged by state police at 7:20 p.m.
Saturday with petit larceny after allegedly stealing
$54.35 worth of health and beauty prodcuts from Hannaford,
21110 Pioneer Plaza Dr., town of Watertown. She is
summoned to appear Nov. 29 in town of Watertown
Court.
Michael D. Dargenio, 27, Rodman, was cited by state
police at 10:15 p.m. Sunday on Route 12E in the town of
Pamelia with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure
to keep right.
Travis D. Balaam, 37, Syracuse, was cited by state
police at 4:00 p.m. Saturday at U.S. Customs on Wellesley
Island with unlawful possession of marijuana.
