Police Blotter Report:

Jacquelyn R. Brundage, 24, of 17747 Route 11, Apt. 11D, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:10 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Academy Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign. Her blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. Ms. Brundage was southbound on South Hamilton in a 1999 Oldsmobile when she allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the passenger side of a 2009 Chevrolet Time Warner Cable van operated by Richard C. Warner Jr., 47, of 727 Cooper St., which was westbound in the 1000 block of Academy Street. The collision caused Mr. Warner to lose control of the van going off the south side of the road striking the front of 932 Academy St. at about 8:49 p.m., police said. No injuries were reported. Ms. Brundage is summoned to appear Dec. 5 in City Court. 

Robert C. Elliott, 26, of 515 Emerson St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:01 p.m. Monday at his residence with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following a domestic incident. He is accused of pushing his wife, Tia M. Elliott, on her chest and damaged a Cob CD radio player valued at $15 at about 9:15 p.m., police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
