Police Blotter Report:

Kristi L. Fravel, 26, of 717 State St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:52 a.m. Saturday at her residence with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. She is accused of pushing a wicker shelving unit belonging to Lori J. Horeth causing it to fall on top of Erich A. Horeth during a domestic incident at about 2:35 a.m. Saturday in their apartment at 717 State St., Apt. 2, police said. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court. 

Keegan R. Dick, 19, of 441 S. Meadow St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:55 a.m. Saturday at his residence with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana after a reported domestic incident. He is accused of possessing 2.95 grams of marijuana, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court. 

Michael A. Hibbard, 20, Watertown, was charged by state police at 3:50 a.m. Saturday on Route 12 in the town of Watertown with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and illegal u-turn. He is summoned to appear in town of Watertown Court.

Christopher L. Patterson, 33, Carthage, was charged by state police at 10:35 p.m. Friday on Jackson II Road in the town of Champion with driving while intoxicated. 

Kenneth J. Stoner, 19, of 944 Mixer Road, Ellisburg, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 9:43 p.m. Friday with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree aggravated harassment. Mr. Stoner allegedly violated the terms of a Family Court order of protection when he telephoned the protected party, Ashley N. Deline, twice with a restricted number at about 3 p.m. Friday, deputies said. He was arraigned before LeRay Town Justice George E. Meade III who sent him to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $2,500. 

Vickie M. Hoff, 50, of 564 State St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:55 p.m. Friday at her residence with second-degree harassment. It is alleged she pushed her boyfriend, George T. Stout, in the presence of police during an incident in their apartment, according to court documents. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court. 

Cassandra L. Devine, 21, of 736 W. Main St., Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:55 a.m. Friday at the her residence with petit larceny. She is accused of writing three checks to Real Deals, 144 Eastern Blvd., totaling $252.08 from a closed bank account in October, police said. She is summoned to appear Jan. 10 in City Court.

Felicia M. Rowland, 23, of 31 S. Main St., Apt. B109, Adams, was cited by Watertown police at 7:35 p.m. Friday at 1290 Arsenal St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, defective exhaust, no inspection and driving without a license. She was released after posting $250 police bail and is summoned to appear Jan. 14 in City Court.
