Police Blotter Report:
Katrina M. Reed, 24, of 119 State Place, Watertown,
was charged by Watertown police at 3:54 a.m. Tuesday at
542 Factory St., Apt. E, with second-degree
harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. She is
accused of damaging four doors, two picture frames and
molding worth $225 during a domestic incident, police
said. She also allegedly bit Joseph J. Armstrong on his
chest causing redness and swelling at his residence,
according to court documents. She was being held at the
Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment
Tuesday morning in City Court.
Wesley B. B. Butler, 20, of 110 Stuart St., upper
apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:51
a.m. Tuesday with second-degree obstruction of government administration.
He is accused of refusing to open a front apartment door
which need to be accessed by police to check the welfare
of person who was reportedly involved in a domestic
incident, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson
Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending
arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
Travis T. Peck, 23, of 307 Shipyard dr., Sackets
Harbor, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies
at 3:34 a.m. Tuesday with driving while intoxicated.
Deputies said Mr. Peck was observed entering the parking
lot of Fastrac, Route 3, town of Watertown, at an
unreasonable speed and struck a curb in front of the
store. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent,
deputies said. He is summoned to appear Jan. 24 in town of
Watertown Court.
James S. Wilson, 40, of 28230 Silver Street Road,
Theresa, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's
deputies early Tuesday with disorderly conduct. Mr. Wilson
is accused of yelling profanities, ignored orders to leave
the area and "threatened that after patrols left he
would take of the parties he had been fight with
earlier," at about 12:54 a.m. Tuesday at 28230 Silver
Street Road in the town of Theresa, according to court
documents. He is summoned to appear Jan. 22 in Theresa
Town Court.
Thomas M. Searchfield, 25, of 103 Woodlawn Ave.,
Glen Park, was charged by Watertown police at 1:59 a.m.
Tuesday in the 500 block of W. Main Street with
second-degree obstruction of government administration. He
is accused of attempting to leave the scene of a police
investigation after having been instructed by officer to
remain in a vehicle where he was located as a passenger,
police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson
Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending
arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
Mariaha K. Harris, 21, of 823 Bronson St.,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:59 a.m.
Tuesday at Edge of the River Pub, 519 W. Main St., with
second-degree obstruction of government administration.
She is accused of obstructing officers and medical
personnel who were attending to a stabbing victim, police
said. Ms. Harris had to be "pulled away from him
after being given several orders to leave the area,"
according to court documents. She was being held at the
Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail
pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
Alexander D. Marby, 21, Philadelphia, was cited by
state police at 11:28 p.m. Monday on Route 11 in the town
of Philadelphia with unlawful possession of
marijuana.
