Police Blotter Report:

Mark D. Eastman, 43, of 126 N. Orchard St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:45 a.m. Thursday at his apartment with third-degree burglary, a felony, and two counts of petit larceny. Mr. Eastman is accused of unlawfully entering Gold Star Deli, 341, Arsenal St., at 3:37 a.m. Thursday, according to court documents. A front glass door was found broken when police arrived. He is accused of stealing a bottle of Black Velvet Reserve valued at $13.95 by concealing it under his coat and leaving Ronson's Gold Star Liquor, 341 Arsenal St., without paying at about 12:20 p.m. Jan. 23, police said. He is also accused of stealing three bottles worth $69.77 at about 5:54 p.m. Jan. 20 at the same store, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court. 

Robert O. Mono Sr., 26, of County Route 16, Apt. C, Evans Mills, was charged by Watertown police at 2:29 a.m. Friday at 169 Park Ave. with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. Police allege he possessed a hypodermic needle. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $250 police bail pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court. He is also wanted on a Family Court warrant out of Lewis County, police said. 

Joseph J. Wilson Jr., 42, of 625 Lansing St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was arrested by Watertown police on a warrant for second-degree harassment at 4:46 p.m. Thursday at his apartment. The arrest stems from an incident on Jan. 11 at his residence, according to a police report. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court. 

Daniel L. Hockey, 56, of 140 Charles St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:20 p.m. Thursday at his residence with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged Mr. Hockey violated the terms of a City Court refrain-from order of protection held by Deborah Hockey when he punched a wall causing $20 in damage during a domestic dispute in their home at about 5:48 p.m. Thursday, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
