Police Blotter Report:
Cody L. Davis, 18, of 124 Maywood Terrace, was
charged by Watertown police at 9:05 p.m. Tuesday at the
Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree
rape, a felony. He is accused of having intercourse with a
12-year-old girl on Aug. 21 at a residence on N. Hamilton
Street when he was 18-year-old, police said. He is
scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 6 in City Court.
Michael R. Lopresti, 18, of 221 S. Indiana Ave.,
Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 10:04 p.m.
Monday at 303 Keyes Ave. with unlawful possession of
marijuana. He is accused of possessing a glass smoking
pipe and glass water smoking device which contained
residue which tested positive for marijuana. He is
summoned to appear Feb. 20 in City Court.
Brian M. Watson, 33, of 833 LeRay St., Apt. 2,
Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 4:23 p.m.
Tuesday in the 500 block of LeRay Street with third-degree
aggravated unlicensed operation, no insurance, failure to
signal a turn and improper plates. He is summoned to
appear Feb. 21 in City Court.
Shanyee M.E. Elliott, 21, of 911 Bronson St.,
Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:08 p.m.
Tuesday at Nice N Easy, 430 Factory St., with
seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled
substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to
signal a turn. Ms. Elliott is accused of possessing two
bags of heroin and marijuana, police said. She is summoned
to appear Feb. 19 in City Court.
Autumn M. Lavanchard, 23, of 4855 N. Jefferson St.,
Pulaski, was arrested early Wednesday morning on two bench
warrants issued by town of Watertown Justice David A.
Renzi for failure to appear in court. She was arraigned
before Rutland Town Justice Sheehan and sent to the
Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at
$2,000 cash.
