Police Blotter Report:

Jaqulyn D. Shorter, 22, of 1628 State St., Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 11:32 p.m. Friday on Park Drive in Watertown with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and a violation of driving restrictions. Her blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. She is summoned to appear Feb. 20 in City Court.

Dylan M. Justice, 17, of 240 Moulton St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:16 a.m. Saturday at 719 Griffin St. with unlawful possession of marijuana. He is summoned to appear Feb. 22 in City Court.
