Police Blotter Report:

Jefferson A. Mahon, 40, of 105 St. Lawrence Ave., Brownville, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 10:20 p.m. Monday at 22650 Lewis St., Lot 19, town of Pamelia, with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, second-degree criminal contempt and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child following a domestic dispute. Deputies allege Mr. Mahon violated the terms of an order of protection with he showed up intoxicated at the residence of Lisa M. Mahon to visit his son, 2, and daughter, 11, at about 8:50 p.m. Monday. He later submitted to a breath test at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and his blood alcohol content was determine to be 0.13 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Mr. Mahon was arraigned before Brownville Town Justice Richard M. Parker who sent him to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $1,000 cash. 

Michael J. Desormeau, 24, of 612 Gotham St., Apt. 23, Watertown was charged by Watertown police at 12:49 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Moffett Street with resisting arrest and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Police said Mr. Desormeau entered a 2008 Dodge Avenger belonging to Randall Strong without permissions at about 12:20 a.m. in the 400 block of Moffett Street. He then allegedly ran from officers after being told to stop and get on the ground, according to court documents. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $500 police bail pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.



Nichole M. Bell, 22, of 622 Gotham St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:29 p.m. Monday at her residence with petit larceny. She is accused of placing an At Home Drug Test valued at $30.99 into her purse and exiting Rite Aid, 842 State St., at about 7:21 p.m. without attempting to pay, police said. She is summoned to appear April 16 in City Court. 

Theresa M. Gallagher, 32, of 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1502, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:11 p.m. Monday with endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged Ms. Gallagher fell asleep at her residence allowing a 3-year-old boy to leave the home and remain unattended for at least 30 minutes at about 11:30 a.m. Monday, police said. She is summoned to appear April 24 in City Court.

Britny L. Andrus, 22, of 827 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:34 p.m. Monday at TJ Maxx, 1283 Arsenal St., with petit larceny. Ms. Andrus is accused of stealing $62.91 worth of merchandise from the store at about 12:30 p.m. Monday, police said. She is ordered to appear April 19 in City Court. 

William M.B. Richardson, 23, of 600 Lillian St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was arrested by Watertown police at 12:22 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of Emerson Place. He was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. 

Gene D. Rivers III, 26, of 321 Winslow St., Apt. B, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:34 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of Ohio Street with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no valid inspection. He was released after posting $250 police bail and summoned to appear April 29 in City Court.

Daniel A. Louise, 21, of 816 Franklin St., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:13 a.m. Tuesday with violating the city's open container ordinance. Police said he was observed walking in the 600 block of Franklin Street with an open can of Busch beer. He is ordered to appear April 25 in City Court.
