Police Blotter Report:

Paul F. Hernandez, 22, of 423 Clay St., Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police a 11:34 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Arsenal Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated and speeding 58 mph in a 30-mph zone. His blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries a harsher punishment upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 or greater. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear April 15 in City Court.

Naomi R. Nulisch, 34, of 705 Starbuck Ave., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 10:51 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of S. Massey Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and not wearing a seat belt. She was released after posting $100 police bail and summoned to appear May 9 in City Court.
