Police Blotter Report:

Jamie M. Walton, 27, West Carthage, was cited by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 6:48 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 781 in the town of LeRay with speeding 113 mph in a 65-mph zone and other traffic violations. Deputies said a check of her license and vehicle registration showed both were suspended. She was also found to be wanted a on bench warrant for failure to pay a $225 fine for a previous disorderly conduct conviction in the town of Champion, deputies said. She was arraigned before LeRay Town Justice John W. Hallett and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $500 cash. 

Daniel M. Scott, 26, of 10012 5th Armored Div. Dr., Fort Drum, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 2:45 a.m. Sunday on Route 11 in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated and inadequate license plate light. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. He is summoned to appear April 29 in LeRay Town Court.

Gianna M. Murthagh, 20, Millerton, N.Y., was charged by state police at 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the southbound lane of Interstate 81 in the town of Watertown with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident. Troopers said she was transported to Samaritan Medical Center where a blood sample was drawn to determine her blood alcohol content. She is summoned to appear in town of Watertown Court. 

Joshua A. Osch, 22, Lucinda, Pa., was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 2:14 a.m. Sunday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of intentionally punching a side window at the Last Call Bar and Grill, Evans Mills, causing it to break at about 1:45 a.m., deputies said. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear April 22 in LeRay Town Court.  

William A. Carroll, 27, Natural Bridge, was charged by state police at 8:10 p.m. Thursday at Lime Street and Route 3 in the town of Wilna with felony aggravated DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Further details were unavailable from state police. 

Shannon M. Gosier, 32, of 159 Mechanic St., upstairs apt., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 12:44 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of State Street with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and not wearing a seatbelt. Police allege she possessed 3,400 milligrams of cocaine during a traffic stop. She was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in Cit Court. 

Michael J. Paul, 32, of 310 William St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:12 p.m. Saturday at 537 Davidson St. with third-degree criminal trespass. Mr. Paul is accused of unlawfully entering 537 Davidson St. about 3 p.m. Saturday, police said. "The defendant was informed earlier this date by the victim, Hillary A. Collins, to leave and not return, however he refused her instructions and returned again refusing to leave," according to court documents. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court. 

Amy N. Hayward, 37, of 318 Academy St., Apt. B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:07 p.m. Saturday at her residence with falsely reporting an incident. Police allege she falsely reported that a man was in possession of a knife and pistol. She is summoned to appear April 26 in City Court.

Alia M. Thomas, 32, Bronx, was charged by state police at 3:14 p.m. Saturday in the southbound lane of Interstate 81 in the town of Ellisburg with second-degree criminal impersonation, failure to produce a license, no license, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding 80 mph in a 65-mph zone. 

Amanda S. Johnson, 31, Black River, was charged by state police at 12:15 p.m. Friday with petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespass. She is accused of stealing $505.72 worth of merchandise including a chainsaw, air conditioner and two cases of beer on April 10 at Super Walmart, Route 11, town of LeRay, troopers said. She is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.

Tammy S. Maitland, 43, of 439 S. Massey St., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 10:35 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Academy Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a license plate display violation. She was released after posting $100 police bail and issued an appearance ticket for April 29 in City Court. 

Adrian L. Miller, 33, of 170 Academy St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:36 a.m. Saturday at his residence with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. It is alleged he gave false information about his wife to officers in an attempt to conceal an order of protection that was on file against him at about 3:03 a.m. Saturday when police were investigating a domestic incident, according to court documents. He was released to military custody and summoned to appear April 23 in City Court.  

Ashley R. Oliver, 26, of 402 Stone St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:15 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Keyes Avenue with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop at a stop sign. She is summoned to appear April 30 in City Court. 

Nathan I. Koster, 20, Carthage, was charged Thursday by state police with second-degree forgery, petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is accused of using a stolen prescription slip to forge a prescription to obtain oxycodone on Feb. 1 at Super Wal-Mart, town of LeRay, troopers said.
