Jefferson County Sheriff's Department:

Justin I. Reed, 17, of 10992-D Anzio Loop, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 9:00 a.m. Monday with disorderly conduct, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and resisting arrest. He is accused of swinging at Deputy Michael G. Schryver, struggling while be arrested after allegedly yelling profanities, throwing his backpack and threatening to harm school officials and law enforcement at about 8:30 a.m. Monday at Indian River High School, according to court documents. He is also accused of damaging the deputy's uniform flag pin valued at $7.50 while the deputy was attempting to handcuff him. He was arraigned in Philadelphia Town Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with bail set at $200 cash. 


Watertown Police Department: 

Michael A. LaLone
, 26, of 540 Mill St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:40 a.m. Monday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is accused of throwing a snow globe belonging to Margaret E. LaLone causing it to shatter at about 2 p.m. Sunday in their home, police said. He was additionally charged with growing cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police said he possessed a cannabis plant in a pot which was located in his bedroom with a foiled lined box equipped with water and a light source. He was held for arraignment Monday in City Court.

Aaron M. Peabody, 24, of 110 N. Indiana Ave., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:36 a.m. Monday at his residence with third-degree assault. She is accused of causing cuts, contusions and a head injury to Crystal M. Siegel at about 1:25 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of N. Indiana Avenue, police said. She is summoned to appear May 29 in City Court.

Michael R. Glassel, 22, of 1265 Coffeen St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:33 p.m. Sunday on Fort Drum with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of throwing a set of keys and a debit card in the director of his wife, Marley R., who was holding their 6-month-old child at about 2 a.m. Sunday in their apartment, police said. 

Mark A. Adams, 28, of 932 State St., Apt. 404, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 9:21 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of W. Main Street with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and no license. He was released after posting $250 police bail and summoned to appear June 3 in City Court. 

Cathy A. Hollenbeck, 44, of 27634 Route 283, Lot 21, Black River, was cited by Watertown police at 4:17 a.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Huntington Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a rear license plate violation. She is summoned to appear June 4 in City Court.

Amanda S. Simmons, 25, of 26068 Rutland Hollow Rd., Watertown, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:10 a.m. Monday at her residence, according to Watertown police. She was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.  

Brittany A. Smith, 26, of 592 W. Prospect St., lower apt., Watertown, was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:18 p.m. Sunday at her residence, according to Watertown police. She was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
