Price Chopper worker accused of forging refund, detectives say

WATERTOWN, NYKristal A. Larkin, 33, of 7929 Hayes Rd., Lorraine, was charged by Watertown police at 9:18 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Metro-Jeff Public Safety Building with first-degree falsifying business records, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

She is accused of creating an unauthorized and fraudulent refund by forging the signature of Elizabeth May on a refund receipt at about 2:13 p.m. Jan. 20 at her place of employment, Price Chopper, 1283 Arsenal St., according to court documents.

She was held for arraignment in City Court, police said.
