Board Meeting
The Chairman of the Planning Board has
called a meeting of the Planning Board for Tuesday, September 1, 2009, at 1:30
p.m. in the City Council Chamber of the Municipal Building.
At
that meeting, the following agenda will be discussed:
- Reading of the Minutes of the August 4, 2009
Planning Board meeting.
- Special Use Permit Request – Submitted
Charles and Lynne Bates to allow a Tattoo and Body Art Parlor located at
125 J.B. Wise Place, Parcel Number 7-01-104.000.
- Site Plan Approval Request – Submitted by
Julian Clark of Plumley Engineering, on behalf of Hemisphere Management,
for the construction of a 52,601 square foot hotel, a 57,190 square foot
hotel, and a 6,000 square foot restaurant located at VL-2 Gaffney Drive,
Parcel Number: 08-40-101.007.
- Site Plan Approval Request – Submitted by
Timothy F. Titus, of Aubertine and Currier, on behalf of Hospice of
Jefferson County to build a 17,000 square foot residential center at 1398
Gotham Street, Parcel Number 13-18-103.200.
- Discussion – Zoning Ordinance Revision.
NOTE: All applicants involved in the
above requests must attend this meeting. If an applicant is not present,
the Planning Board will not act upon the individual request.
