The Chairman of the Planning Board has called a meeting of the Planning Board for Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber of the Municipal Building.   

                        At that meeting, the following agenda will be discussed: 

      1. Reading of the Minutes of the June 3, 2008 Planning Board meeting.
      1. Subdivision Request – Request submitted by Gerald A. Kostyk, of Bernier Carr Associates, on behalf of  Nancy Lavigne to divide one lot into two  located at 228 Chestnut Street, Parcel No. 14-14-106.
      1. *Site Plan Approval – Request submitted by Ryan Churchill, of GYMO PC, on behalf of Norstar Development, for the construction of 200 multifamily residences to be located east of Mill Street, north of Haven Street, west of Plaza Drive, and south of Seaway Plaza, Parcels No. 3-14-105 and 3-14-101.
      1. Site Plan Waiver  -- Request submitted by Robert Vest, Jr., for the construction of two parking spaces to be located in the side yard at 169 Paddock Street, Parcel No. 10-18-120.
      1. *Site Plan Approval – Request Submitted by Charles L. Fluno on behalf of Al Sharlow, for a proposed car sale lot on 1057 Arsenal Street, Parcel No. 9-15-101.
