A vehicle was removed from a culvert by Crossman Towing and Recovery at about 3:00 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, on White Road in the town of Pamelia. Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies and state police were investigating at the scene. Further details of the accident have not been released at this time.
