WATERTOWN, NY — State Police in Watertown is seeking public assistance with identifying an individual regarding a fraudulent check investigation.
On Sept. 20, 2018, A unknown male allegedly entered the Community Bank branch in Black River and cashed a fraudulent check for over $3,000, troopers said.
