WATERTOWN, NY — Sierra N. Kekuewa, 16, of 254 E. Main St., Apt. 5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:08 p.m. Monday, July 30, at her residence with disorderly conduct.
It is alleged she yelled profanities at her mother, Jessica Kekuewa, and ignored requests by police officers to quiet down during a domestic incident at about 9:19 p.m. Monday at their apartment, according to court documents.
She was being held pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court, police said.
