Three charged with disorderly conduct at diner in Watertown

WATERTOWN, NY — Three people were charged early Friday, March 1, at Mo’s Diner, 345 Factory St., with disorderly conduct, according to Watertown police.

D’Andre E. Winn, 20, of 5 Hickory Hill Rd., Long Island, NY, is accused of repeatedly punching a window of the establishment in an attempt to get an employee to come outside and fight as he continued to yell profanities, police said.

Justin D. MacDonald, 23, of 27630 Temple St., Natural Bridge, allegedly ignored police requests to leave the area of the business after he was yelling at a loud volume and caused alarm to others at about 1:33 a.m. Friday, according to court documents.

Briana N. Straugh, 26, of 312 S. Rutland St., Watertown, is accused of yelling loudly and ignoring multiple police requests to leave the area of the diner, police said.

All three are summoned to appear March 13 in City Court.
