WATERTOWN, NY — Dakota S. Price, 23, of 104 Curtis St., Greeneville, TN, was charged by Watertown police at 12:25 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, at Samaritan Medical Center with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, both felonies.
He is accused of possessing a Glock 9mm semiautomatic pistol without a New York state pistol license and three large capacity ammunition feeding devices being three 15-round hollow point ammunition at about 8:00 p.m. Dec. 29 at 361 Keyes Ave., police said.
He was held for arraignment Thursday afternoon in City Court.
