Two men charged with disorderly conduct on Union Street in Watertown

WATERTOWN, NY — Two men were each charged Thursday night, May 17, in the 100 block of Union Street with disorderly conduct, according to the Watertown Police Department.

Michael J. Marquette, 49, of 146 Union St., apt. 2, Watertown, allegedly made unreasonable noise at about 9:03 p.m. Thursday when he stood in the back yard area of several residences and yelled at another resident while ignoring several requests by officers to stop yelling, police said. He was released after posting $100 police bail.

Ulysses S.A. Freeman, 39, of 142 Mechanic St., apt. 906, Watertown, is accused of yelling threats at a group people while standing in a parking lot at about 8:37 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Union Street, police said.

Both men are ordered to appear May 18 in City Court.
