Update: Store owner charged with felony in connection with discharged firearm
UPDATE from Watertown Police Department:
Today, while further investigating the shooting at Cash for Gold this past weekend, detectives learned Cengiz Gulbay has a previous felony conviction for a federal felony: Trafficking in Counterfeit Merchandise (18 USC 2320) on 08/23/2012.
Mr. Gulbay came to the station where he was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon Third Degree, a class D Felony.
He was brought to City Court, arraigned and released.
