WATERTOWN, NY — Richard F. Morris, 31, of 180 Dorsey St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:08 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, at Sunoco, 1255 Arsenal St., with petit larceny.
He is accused of stealing a 6-pack of Keystone Ice beer and a single can of Labatt’s Blue beer when he concealed the items under his jacked and exited the Sunoco convenience store without attempting to pay at about 5:58 a.m. Friday, police said.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 29 in City Court.
