Watertown man accused of shoplifting twice at Price Chopper

WATERTOWN, NYKenneth F. Mallette, 50, of 816 Earl St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with two counts of petit larceny.

Mr. Mallette is accused of shoplifting $89.81 worth of merchandise at about 1:41 p.m. Feb. 5 and $111.85 worth of merchandise at about 11:14 a.m. Feb. 8 at Price Chopper, 1283 Arsenal St., according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear March 20 in City Court.
