WATERTOWN, NY — Joshua M. Beardslee, 32, of 337 Arlington St., Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny.
Mr. Beardslee is accused of stealing two A&W root beer sodas valued at $3.62 when he exited The General Store, 816 Bradley St., without attempting to pay for the items at about 11:40 a.m. May 26, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 3 in City Court.
