Watertown man stole woman’s wallet at Samaritan Medical Center, police say

WATERTOWN, NYJeffrey D. McIntosh, 61, of 931 Franklin St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:04 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

He is accused of stealing a wallet containing three debit cards belonging to Amber L. Zehr, 36, Watertown, at about 12:39 p.m. Sept. 11 at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear Sept. 26 in City Court.
