WATERTOWN, NY — Justin M. Duffield, 29, of 548 LeRay St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:48 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at his residence with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree harassment.
Mr. Duffield is accused of “wielding a collapsible baton in close proximity to Kelly A. Hickey, 30, during a domestic incident when he raised it in the air in a aggressive manner causing her to believe she was going to be struck with it,” at about 10:23 p.m. Wednesday at their home, according to court documents.
He also allegedly struck her in the left high with a closed first, police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
