WATERTOWN, NY — Brian L. Thompson, 33, of 652 Bronson St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, in the 700 block of Academy Street with second-degree criminal contempt.
He is accused of violating the terms of a Theresa Village Court order of protection when he responded to residence of Shantel Clark, 27, then refused despite requests for him to leave at about 11:49 p.m. Jan. 29 at 155 Union St., according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
