Watertown man accused of violating order of protection at mall’s food court

WATERTOWN, NY Jonathan F. Phillips, 37, of 735 Mill St., Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 8:11 p.m. Friday, May 4, at his residence with second-degree criminal contempt. He is accused of violating the terns of a stay-away order of protection when he remained near the the protected party at the food court at Salmon Run Mall at 3:45 p.m. Friday, May 4, deputies said. He is ordered to appear May 10 in Town of Watertown Court.
