WATERTOWN, NY — Jonathan F. Phillips, 37, of 735 Mill St., Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 8:11 p.m. Friday, May 4, at his residence with second-degree criminal contempt. He is accused of violating the terns of a stay-away order of protection when he remained near the the protected party at the food court at Salmon Run Mall at 3:45 p.m. Friday, May 4, deputies said. He is ordered to appear May 10 in Town of Watertown Court.
