WATERTOWN, NY — Jason A. Foster, 20, of 23 Maywood Terrace, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:36 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, with third-degree robbery, a felony, petit larceny and second-degree harassment.
Mr. Foster is accused of shoving Stacy Williams to the ground and stealing her Samsung Galaxy S7 smart phone at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at 548 Jefferson St., according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning in Town of Watertown Court.
