Watertown man trespassed at laundromat early Wednesday, possessed controlled substance, police say

WATERTOWN, NYDale C. Groff, 43, of 123 S. Rutland St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:08 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Colonial Laundromat, 222 N. Massey St., with third-degree criminal trespassing and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is accused of remaining in the laundromat after being advised he was not allowed in the building, police said. He was also found in possession of suboxone, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear May 30 in City Court.
