Watertown teen accused of assaulting 26-year-old man
WATERTOWN, NY — Logan J. Ward, 17, of 256 Michigan Ave., Apt. 405B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at 256 Michigan Ave. with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He is accused of punching and kicking Nathan J. Smith, 26, causing damage to his eye glasses valued at $675 at about 6:00 p.m. Oct. 26 at 236 N. Rutland St., police said. The victim suffered lacerations to his face, according to court documents.
