WATERTOWN, NY — Samantha L. Webb-Carter, 30, of 129 N. Meadow St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:50 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny.
She is accused of stealing two eyeliners and two necklaces with a total value of $39.96 at about 7:18 p.m. Nov. 13 at Kinney Drugs, 905 Coffeen St., police said.
She is summoned to appear Dec. 5 in City Court.
