WATERTOWN, NY — Jill E. Brenno, 45, of 264 S. Massey St., Apt. A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:18 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at Kinney Drugs, 905 Coffeen St., with petit larceny. Ms. Brenno is accused of removing a Trendi bracelet and an Energizer Ultimate Lithium 9-volt battery from their packaging and exited the store with out attempting to pay at about 10:45 a.m. Thursday, police said. She is summoned to appear June 14 in City Court.
