WATERTOWN, NY — Karen M. Castor, 42, of 140 High St., Apt. 6, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, at 247 Factory St. with petit larceny.
She is accused of placing $15.50 worth of merchandise into a backpack and exited Urban Mission, 247 Factory St., without attempting to pay at about 2:00 p.m. July 14, police said.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 24 in City Court.
