Watertown woman accused of striking toddler’s leg, police say

WATERTOWN, NYJamie J. Dillen, 23, of 710 Washington St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:54 a.m. Sunday, July 29, at her residence with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Ms. Dillen is accused of striking the back of a leg on her 2-year-old daughter causing a large bruise at about 5:09 p.m. July 24 at 710 Washington St., police said.

She is ordered to appear Tuesday morning, July 31, in City Court.
