WATERTOWN, NY — Twanisha S. Killian-Graham, 27, of 511 Lansing St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:25 p.m. Sunday, May 6, at 834 Cooper St. with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. She is accused of violating the terms of an order of protection when she went to the home of the protected party and engaged in a domestic incident at about 2:34 p.m. Sunday at 834 Cooper St., police said. She was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
