Watertown woman charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest

WATERTOWN, NYHope E. Bryant, 21, of 207 S. Hamilton St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:57 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3, at 215 Winslow St. with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Ms. Bryant was arrested after allegedly fighting with several subjects in the front yard at 215 Winslow St. and refused to stop attempting to punch the other subjects after being advised she was under arrest, police said.

She also allegedly attempted to punch and kicked officers, pulled her arms away and refused to provide her hands for handcuffing during the arrest process, according to court documents.

She is summoned to appear Sept. 19 in City Court.
