Woman damaged miniature Eiffel Tower during domestic incident, police say

WATERTOWN, NYDonna L. Beutel, 51, of 2470 Alexandra Meadows, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:57 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at her residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

Ms. Beutel is accused of throwing a miniature Eiffel Tower on the ground causing the legs to bend and break at about 5:49 p.m. Wednesday at 2740 Alexandra Meadows, police said. The items belongs to Jessica Beutel, 30, Watertown, according to court documents.

She is also accused of grabbing her daughter by the hair and pulled her head in the presence of two boys, ages, 7 and 6, at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the same address, police said.

She was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court, police said.
