WATERTOWN, NY — Rae C. Bremner, 48, of 1190 Arsenal St., room 237, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:08 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at 1190 Arsenal St. with petit larceny. It is alleged she stole a box of 18 wine glasses belonging to Travelodge, 1190 Arsenal St., police said. The glasses worth $44.95 were taken from a hotel room being used for storage, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear May 25 in City Court.
