WATERTOWN, NY — Harold E. Pearson, 42, of 1119 Gill St., Apt. A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at 123 S. Meadow St. with second-degree harassment.
Mr. Pearson is accused of throwing a paper bag containing a burger at Mary Baslow, 38, striking her in the back of her head during a domestic incident at about 2:44 a.m. Friday at 123 S. Meadow St., police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
