WATERTOWN, NY — Patricia A. Hamm, 53, of 203 N. Orchard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:31 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at her residence with disorderly conduct.
Police said Ms. Hamm was standing in her back yard yelling profanities causing an annoyance to her neighbors.
She is summoned to appear July 31 in City Court.
