CAPE VINCENT, NY — The Cape Vincent Police Department is currently in possession of a bucket of workman’s tools that were located along the side of State Route 12E near the Stone Quarry Road in the town of Cape Vincent sometime around June 20, 2018. The tools were turned over to police while investigating an unrelated incident.
