WATERTOWN, NY — Bradley J. Streeter, 27, of 113 Park Ave., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:39 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Mr. Streeter is accused of holding Jennifer Watson down by her throat and applied pressure at about 10:50 p.m. Aug. 7 at 113 Park Ave., police said. He also allegedly grabbed a phone from her hand after she stated she was going to call the police for assistance, according to court documents.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Aug. 8 in City Court.
