WATERTOWN, NY — Thomas A. Griffin, 58, of 150 W. Main St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:57 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at his residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He is accused of intentionally puncturing the right front tire on a 2016 Ram 1500 truck belonging to a Jefferson County probation officer while it was parked in the 200 block of Sherman Street at about 3:20 p.m. Aug. 28, according to court documents.
Mr. Griffin is summoned to appear Sept. 14 in City Court.
