WATERTOWN, NY — William S. Pacheco, 28, of 251 N. Rutland St., Apt. 8, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree aggravated harassment. It is alleged he sent threats to Gueisha L. Clark, 34, through Facebook Messenger on May 20, police said. He is summoned to appear June 13 in City Court.
