20-year-old Watertown man accused of throwing chair at another man

WATERTOWN, NY —  Matthew W. East, 20, of 214 Clinton St., Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 9:16 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, at 214 Clinton St. with second-degree harassment.

Mr. East is accused of throwing a chair at a 31-year-old man striking him on the left arm and left leg at about 10:14 p.m. Oct. 14 at 214 Clinton St., according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear Oct. 30 in City Court.
