WATERTOWN, NY — On July 17Â members of the Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 126 N. Orchard St. Apt. 1 in the City of Watertown, NY.
The Task force was assisted by members of the Watertown Police Department SRT, road patrol, and ID units. The Jefferson County SERT., K-9 and NYSP C-NET also assisted in this operation.
The house was occupied by three adults when entry was made. The search warrant was signed Honorable Judge Renzi, Watertown City Court, at the conclusion of the search warrant the following items were seized from the house:

$430.00 in US currency.

3 grams of crack cocaine.

A small amount of marihuana.

Packaging material.
During this investigation information was developed illegal drugs were being sold from this location which led to this undercover drug investigation and subsequent search warrant.

Samuel N Maxwell, 29, Rochester, NY

Jayne L Anderson, 30m residing at this location

Criminal nuisance in the 1st degree
Anderson is currently under the supervision of Jefferson County Probation who also assisted in this investigation.
All three were arraigned in Watertown City Court in front of Honorable Judge Renzi and ordered to Jefferson county jail with the following bail being set for each.
